As I always reccomend, make sure you use only organic produce whenever possible so you can avoid having pesticides and toxins in the smoothies. Those chemicals have shown to be found very dangerous for human consumption, particularly for children.
- 2 cups of fresh organic strawberries
- 1 whole organic frozen banana broken into chunks
- about 1-2 cups of fresh properly filtered water
- about 1/2 of greek yogurt
- use organic stevia or blue agave syrup for an added sweetener if desired
- Place your filtered water into the blender first
- Then add in the Greek yogurt next
- Add in your fresh organic strawberries
- Then add your frozen organic banana chunks
- Add in whatever extra supplements and sweeteners you want to use for your smoothie
- Finally, blend untill desired consistency
- Enjoy!
