Berry Smoothie Recipes with Yogurt

The two things that really go well together are airy and yogurt, obviously this is why you can see so many different flavors and types of yogurt that have berries as their main flavor and ingredient. So one of my favorite types of smoothie recipes make for children, is something that mimics the flavors and you'll find in a lot of these popular yogurts, sometimes just by using yogurt itself. My favorite type of yogurt uses Greek yogurt. So this particular recipe is going to be using some of the more popular flavors of berries that are out there like blueberries and strawberries for example. I also like to use a little bit of blackberries as well which tend at a really nice flavor to these smoothies.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cups frozen blueberries
  • any sweetener you feel it needs if nessasary
  1. add in your water
  2. then add in your strawberry yogurt
  3. you'll then want to add your fresh fruit first so put in your strawberries
  4. then add your frozen blueberries and blackberries
  5. and finally add your sweetener and any other ingredients you think you might need
  6. blend till desired consistency
  7. enjoy!
