Healthy Fruit Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss

Lots of folks are looking for alternative ways to help lose some weight and improve their overall health, and when the most common ways people can do this is by drinking organic and healthy smoothies that are made from pure fruit and vegetables. These types of smoothies are also called Green smoothies, and have become extremely popular because it allows people to blend in the rather bitter and unpleasant taste of greens along with the sweet taste of fruit, which makes the drink a lot more palatable but also much more healthy as well. Greens also happen to be very low in calories and very high in fiber and nutrients so they make for fantastic weight loss smoothie. Just make sure you try and use organic produce whenever possible to avoid pesticides and toxins.

  • 1 whole frozen banana in chunks
  • 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  1. first put in your cup of water into the blender
  2. then put in your greek yogurt
  3. place your berries into the blender next
  4. then add your spinach
  5. and put the frozen banana chunks in last
  6. add any sweetener you feel it might need
  7. blend till desired consistency
  8. enjoy!
