Green Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss

Now one of the most popular types of smoothies that people are starting to enjoy our green smoothies, and let these essentially are, are smoothies that use fruit and greens blended together to make for more healthy beverage. What this allows people to do is get huge concentrations of healthy greens and vegetables into their diet without having to eat large amounts of salads and other types of meals just to get these vital nutrients, plus the fruit and the helping to mask the bitter flavors of the greens just making it much more attractive for children to drink. Particularly if you want them to get their fiber and vitamins and minerals on a regular basis that's easily digestible. Here's a sample smoothie to get you started:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 frozen banana in chunks
  • 1 whole fresh peach in small slices
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp organic stevia (a safe and natural 0 calorie sweetener)
  1. first add in your water
  2. next you'll want to add in your yogurt
  3. add in your greens
  4. then you want to put your fresh pieces of fruit in first, start with the peach slices
  5. then add your fresh strawberries
  6. and finally put in your frozen banana chunks on top and add your sweetener too
  7. blend till desired consistency
  8. enjoy!
