Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

One of my favorite types of smoothies to make is a strawberry banana smoothie recipe. These are one of most popular drinks that kids request, and I have found the little ones in my life always go for this recipe first among a handful. Strawberries are very healthy for kids as they provide lots of vitamin C and potassium, and also a healthy amount of antioxidants and fiber too. The same can be said for bananas as well which are known for having loads of potassium and healthy vitamins and minerals as well as plenty of fiber.

As I always reccomend, make sure you use only organic produce whenever possible so you can avoid having pesticides and toxins in the smoothies. Those chemicals have shown to be found very dangerous for human consumption, particularly for children.

  • 2 cups of fresh organic strawberries

  3. Add in your fresh organic strawberries
  4. Then add your frozen organic banana chunks
  5. Add in whatever extra supplements and sweeteners you want to use for your smoothie
